am an entrepreneur since 1997 and have been in the residential industry since 1994. The residential industry is my passion and I have found myself involved in it since my early year; as it was something that I grew up around. I have done everything from administrative, estimating and budgeting projects, managed construction crews, to marketing and sales. I have been involved and been hands on in the construction of structures, so I know what to look for when in search of property.
